These are socks that can be worn over a cast. I used them for about a month after fracturing my ankle. My toes stuck out from the cast, so they were cold, and I was worried about slipping on the floor, so these were convenient as they also provided anti-slip protection. They are unisex and made of a cotton blend material (not waterproof).
They have been home laundered, but please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about this.
